  • The following terms and conditions apply to all contractual relationships between LiRa Licht, Steinbrennerstr. 4, 83115 Neubeuern, and customers who purchase goods via our online shop or by email/telephone, regardless of whether they are consumers or businesses. We do not recognize any differing or conflicting terms and conditions. All contractual provisions and information are provided in German.

    § 2 Conclusion of Contract

    The offers on our website are merely a non-binding invitation to purchase our goods. By entering your data and clicking the order or offer button, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. You can also submit this offer by telephone or fax.

    Please note that confirmation of your order by email or fax only confirms receipt of your order and does not yet constitute acceptance of your purchase offer.

    We reserve the right to accept your offer within 24 hours by sending an order confirmation via email. If this period expires, your offer is considered rejected and you are no longer bound by it. For telephone orders, the purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your offer immediately. If we do not accept the offer immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

    We store the details of your order, including products, prices, and other contract details. The terms and conditions will be sent to you along with the order confirmation, but can also be viewed at any time on our website.

    Section 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
    During the ordering process, you can correct any input errors at any time using the delete key. We will inform you during the ordering process how you can make further corrections. If you wish to cancel the ordering process, you can do so at any time by closing the browser window.

    § 5 Right of return
    When purchasing goods that are shipped, we grant consumers a right of return instead of a right of withdrawal. Please refer to our return policy, which explains all the details of the return policy.

    § 6 Retention of Title
    The purchased item remains our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

    The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory regulations.

    We are not liable for slight negligence, unless it involves breaches of essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, guarantees, or claims under the Product Liability Act. Essential contractual obligations include, in particular, the obligation to deliver the goods to you and to transfer ownership to you. Furthermore, we are obligated to deliver the goods free from material and legal defects.
