Our areas

T5/T8 LED conversion

Many existing systems are still equipped with conventional fluorescent tubes. Since August 2023, standard mercury-containing T5 and T8 fluorescent lamps may no longer be placed on the market for general lighting. Existing stock may continue to be sold and existing lamps may continue to be used.

LiRa supports the selection of suitable LED alternatives, taking into account tube length, power, light colour and existing ballast technology (KVG, VVG or EVG).

Whether a simple lamp replacement is possible or a technical conversion is required depends on the respective system.

Outdoor lighting

From individual wall lights to the lighting of several buildings: LiRa supports the selection of suitable outdoor luminaires, taking into account the location, protection rating, light distribution and existing connection options.

Stairwells, basements and underground car parks

Reliable, durable and economical lighting solutions are particularly in demand in shared areas.

LiRa helps select suitable luminaires for existing systems and planned replacements.

Safety and emergency exit lighting

Safety lighting is subject to special technical and regulatory requirements.

LiRa supports the procurement of suitable products. The required specialist planning, inspection and installation are carried out by appropriately qualified specialist companies.

Cooperation with specialist companies

Where electrical work is required, implementation is carried out by qualified electrical specialist companies.

LiRa focuses on product selection, coordination of technical requirements, as well as procurement and delivery.

The type and scope of further project support are agreed individually.
