Returns & conscious shopping

We want light to stay, not travel. Every return means additional transport, packaging waste, CO₂ emissions, and in the worst case, damaged goods that can no longer be used. Many large retailers dispose of returned items, which is completely at odds with our philosophy.

Advice instead of returns
To avoid returns altogether, we are happy to advise you before you buy. Whether it's light color, power, installation, or compatible components, we prefer to help you choose beforehand rather than later with returns.

That's why we don't offer free returns. Not out of convenience, but out of conviction.

  • because light is not a disposable product,
  • because raw materials and energy are valuable,
  • because conscious decisions are more sustainable than ordering, trying out and sending back.

Of course, the following applies:
If a product arrives damaged, was delivered incorrectly, or has a defect, we will of course handle the return and work together to find a fair solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
